Located on the north heights of Tehran the project aims to turn on an eternal light ( using reflection in daylight and lights in night) over Tehran while showing a famous climbing path to Alborz Mountain and the hill of unknown martyrs of war.
The design team decided to use twist as a tool to obtain maximum time of reflection in every hours of a day in Tehran so the twisted shape derived from the problems of the project not just a simple sculpture.
