The site of project is located in middle of the island
which has few building in it and it means that it has potential to have an effect on future of that region. In
other word this building will be one of the first building that will be built in this area and It can be more
than a just attractive building and it can generate urban texture around it, which will be made step by step
but in a right path.
Fresh Market | Fresh Bazar
The primary intention of the client was to build a Fresh market that concentrate on vegetables and dairies but we develop this program for the local bazaar which involve the everyday life of the resident. In Iran and the region, bazaar has a major difference from shopping malls. The main intention of shopping malls are about trading but Bazzar is a public space that has so many different social and economic aspect which can absorb a population around it, make jobs or be a great place for having social interactions. That’s a reason in the old city’s bazaars works as the heart pumps the blood into the
whole body of the city. We tried to design the project using vernacular sustainable technics to reduce energy usage and cool down the building in passive ways. So, sustainability is one of the main concept of the project.

Gilavand villa is located on the hills of Gilavand a small town near to Tehran capital of Iran . The villa is designed to have maximum windows toward its landscape and the Citysearch on its west side.
The design team decided to design the house using varieties of window types to create different feelings in interior space. Huge windows designed next to the yard and small ones located toward surrounding alleys.
